Description:
The services provided for this contract aim to carry out a business diagnosis and the current debt management system, develop a specifications for solutions, identify and propose the solution to be implemented. As such, the firm must consolidate the inventory of the operation of the management in charge of public debt, its relationship with their main interlocutors, in line with the procedures in force and in progress at the level of the Ministry of Finance, sectoral ministries, and support management in the operationalization of the debt management system.
