Description:
This expert will work in close collaboration with the consultants, NGOs and companies that will be recruited as part of the project execution. Its activities include: (i) the creation of follow-up matrices, design and implement a planning, monitoring-evaluation of project activities and other necessary tools; (ii) Organization and supervision of data collection in the field; (iii) periodically analyze the performance level reached for each of the components and assess the expected results and propose corrective actions; (iv) Prepare and provide assistance to the technical assessment missions of project activities; (v) follow the implementation of the recommendations of technical assessment missions, piloting bodies and project partners; (VI) Analyze the data to establish the necessary relationships between inputs / extracts on the one hand and the results / impacts on the other hand and ensure the preparation of related reports allowing coordination to be regularly informed to make time management decisions; (VII) Train agents of the project execution agencies to ...
