- Tenders are invited for Supply of Sports Kits Project for the Promotion of Physical Education and Sports (PEPS) 1. The Ministry of National Education, Teaching and Scientific Research (MENERS) has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (the “ AFD ”) to finance the cost of the Promotion Support Project of Physical Education and Sports (PEPS). This project is implemented with the support of the NGO Play International, which is the delegated contracting authority designated by the Ministry. It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments planned for the acquisition of sports kits. 2. Play International is soliciting sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of sports kits. 3. Eligible and interested Bidders can obtain information from Play International located in Hankunou, Moroni, rue de la Corniche, opposite the Exim bank distributor and read the Tender Documents at the following times: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). 4. Interested Bidders can also obtain the complete Tender Documents (DAO) in French by submitting a written request to the address mentioned below: moubarakou.salami@play-international.org copy to idriss.mohamed@play-international.org . 5. The instructions to Tenderers and the Administrative and General Clauses Specifications are those of the Standard Tender Document for the Procurement of AFD Supplies. 6. Offers must be submitted to the above address or online (by email) to operation@play-international.org no later than 04/24/2023 at 3 p.m. Bids must include “a statement of bid security”. 7. The Bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who so wish on 24/04/2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the following address : Conference room of Play International, Rue de la Corniche, Moroni Union of the Comoros. Bidders who so wish may follow the opening online through a link that will be communicated to them.
